Cloud-Based Knowledge and Glocal Dilemmas in Higher Education

چکیده

The potential of cloud computing systems as a support tool for novel and meaningful knowledge creation, storage, distribution within the context higher education is recognised so impact to which global dimension imposes inherent ethical issues social impacts local contexts (glocality). Hitherto, mainstream literature debates on like equity or cultural sensitivity, disregarding existent dilemmas related organizational innovation. This paper aims promote philosophical empirical argument contextual determinants; therefore, it reflects upon key that cloud-based pose distributed in dialectic process diversity (global versus local). In this regard, an e-University strategic implementation framework interacting with ethics culture (developed by first co-author) will help two research objectives: understand current e-learning practices suggest future guidelines dialectical between local.
